From start to finish buying a car from SPV automotive has been a fantastic experience. Great car sold in lovely condition for it's age. Really pleased with it. Simon has been informative, helpful and trustworthy throughout and made the stress of buying a new vehicle so much better . The after care warranty was also honoured as there was a small issue that occurred after a couple of months with the electronic handbrake , I contacted Simon who straight away responded and covered the cost of repair with a garage locally , all fixed now , the car drives wonderfully and was sold for a great price . The car was delivered by Carl who was polite and friendly and was in great condition. Unfortunately there was an unexpected issue with the fuel pump which Greg and Simon sorted with no problems at all. These guys are friendly, professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. Credit where it's due. Purchase of the Grey CLA 220 Mercedes shooting brake. I honestly couldn’t recommend this dealership enough! From start to finish, Simon and Greg were absolutely amazing. Simon, in particular, was incredible to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, even arranging a gearbox service on the car before handing it over, which gave me real peace of mind. I had a few delays sorting out my finance, and it ended up taking around 3 weeks. I’d already left a £250 deposit and was worried I might lose it, but Simon was so patient and reassuring the whole time, making it clear that the timeframe wasn’t an issue at all. That level of understanding really meant a lot. To top it all off, when the day finally came to collect the car, Simon even picked me up from the train station, which is a genuinely kind gesture that just sums up the level of service you get here.
