My experience dealing with S.P.V Automotive was excellent. The principal was straight talking and easy to deal with, had great knowledge and worked well to structure a deal for me and accommodate my part exchange. I bought the car at a distance and was not disappointed at all when I collected the vehicle today. Throughout the process of buying my car, SPV have bent over backwards to deal with the questions I had. Even after the sale, when I had a puncture and discovered that the locking wheel nut key was missing, they showed up at my workplace, added temporary goo to the punctured tyre, and took the car off to the nearest Mercedes dealership to identify and replace the missing key. I don't think I've ever met anyone with a calmer and more helpful approach to making sure that the customer is satisfied.
