Brilliant and Outstanding customer service. Being a First Time Online Buyer, Mr. Simon put lot of extra efforts, spent more time to attend all my questions and queries. While I asked about tyre condition he found tires are manufactured in 2019, and he was happy to replace all 4 tyres. I brought Audi Q3 Model 2013, provided entire service history. Vehicle delivered in my door on time as promised in immaculate condition both exterior and interior. Mr. Simon's first and foremost priority is customer service and their happiness and satisfaction. We struck a gentleman’s agreement over the phone the day after we viewed the car and he was incredibly patient in completing the deal. It is refreshing to find someone so honest and helpful in the motor trade. As a dealership they specialise in high end vehicles but go the extra mile in terms of pricing vehicles competitively and ensuring they are of a very high standard. I spotted my car on Autotrader then tapped the link to Simon’s website. The car seemed like it was worth looking at. Simon was excellent from the off, very helpful, accommodating, patient & non-pushy. There was no pressure & I was able to take as long as I required to check the car out. I must say that it was a nice change to the usual stresssful hassle that goes on at a main dealer. Obviously he cares what customers think of him & he goes the extra mile to ensure that you are happy. I have only had the car four days, but I would certainly buy a car from Simon again; I found it far preferable than the usual main dealer experience.
