Awesome experience, Simon took the time to show us the car and went through all information about the car, previous history and service. Simon did not rush us into making any decisions and asked us to take our time as we should only buy a car that we felt safe and comfortable in. As we needed finance Simon referred us to a Finance Broker who gave us a great deal. It is evident that Simon takes pride in his work and this is reflected in the selection and presentation of his cars and not to forget the preparation of the car and service that he carried out after the sell had been confirmed. It has been an absolute delight dealing with Simon as he has remained forthcoming and transparent all through the dealing with regards to what he could and could not offer. Buying cars can either be a nightmare or a joy and with SPV Automotive it was certainly the latter! I enquired about a car Saturday evening, Simon sent over everything I requested in minutes (service history photos etc) and we arranged the viewing for the next morning with Greg. My wife and I were buying our 2nd car together and were stretching ourselves but everything about the experience was pleasant and Greg was fantastic, it was as though we were buying the car from a friend or family member.. It’s not very often you come across a truly honest and professional car dealership I personally feel.. But for the first time in a very long time I had found one with S.P.V . I bought a very nice car from them and dealt with a great guy named Greg who was very helpful and fair at every stage. There were a couple of issues with car after I had it a short while and without any fuss or hassle Greg had booked the car back in and replaced and/or rectified everything. S.P.V. had a very good selection of cars on offer including one that was exactly what I was looking for. Very keenly priced too! All communications were prompt, accurate and extremely helpful which filled me with the confidence to complete the deal. The car was presented in superb condition and the deal was completed quickly and efficiently. I am thrilled with my new car and I was very impressed with the back up I received with one small problem I experienced shortly after taking delivery. I recently purchased a BMW 335i. It was slightly higher miles than normal but when dealing with Greg I was assured I would be kept in good hands! The buying process was fantastically easy and I felt confident buying from Greg. Within the first week the fuel pump went, but a car that has over 100k miles and is 16 years old, it was just one of those things! The car came with a surprising 3 month warranty considering the age of the car, and within 4 days Simon had purchased a factory fuel pump with no expense spared, and had it fitted and returned to me, and since then it has worked like new. It was a pleasure dealing with Greg and Simon and I’m sure when I come to buy a new car, I will be making my first stop to see what SPV have in their fleet!
