Excellent personal service all round in buying a used car. Being local was an attraction. Had immediate contact with Simon, saw C3 Picasso next day including a good test drive, and very pleased with the quality. Simon said he'd be happy to take existing car off my hands, with very acceptable offer. After I'd sorted new insurance, arranged handover. While I sat beside his desk, Simon handled all the paperwork - well, on-line work - with ownership transfers and road tax. Good warranty considering age of car. So within 20 minutes I was on my way home - very pleased with drive and comfort (and condition). Detailed service record documents provided. Simon said he'd also be happy to help if we need another car, and I'd recommend him for that - and for all the service (and experience) he provides. I might add that he's also a friendly conversationalist, as well as fine at talking you though the processes.
