It’s not very often you come across a truly honest and professional car dealership I personally feel.. But for the first time in a very long time I had found one with S.P.V . I bought a very nice car from them and dealt with a great guy named Greg who was very helpful and fair at every stage. There were a couple of issues with car after I had it a short while and without any fuss or hassle Greg had booked the car back in and replaced and/or rectified everything. I absolutely feel you are in safe and honest hands with this dealership, and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who is after a quality used car. S.P.V. had a very good selection of cars on offer including one that was exactly what I was looking for. Very keenly priced too! All communications were prompt, accurate and extremely helpful which filled me with the confidence to complete the deal. The car was presented in superb condition and the deal was completed quickly and efficiently. I am thrilled with my new car and I was very impressed with the back up I received with one small problem I experienced shortly after taking delivery. This turned out to be “operator error” on my part but Simon and his team could not have been more helpful.

I recently purchased a BMW 335i. It was slightly higher miles than normal but when dealing with Greg I was assured I would be kept in good hands! The buying process was fantastically easy and I felt confident buying from Greg. Within the first week the fuel pump went, but a car that has over 100k miles and is 16 years old, it was just one of those things! The car came with a surprising 3 month warranty considering the age of the car, and within 4 days Simon had purchased a factory fuel pump with no expense spared, and had it fitted and returned to me, and since then it has worked like new. It was a pleasure dealing with Greg and Simon and I’m sure when I come to buy a new car, I will be making my first stop to see what SPV have in their fleet!

Simon has proven to be a trustworthy and honest car dealer. I bought an old second hand Mercedes A class from him, including a three month warranty. I had a few issues after the first month. He was quick to work with me to get them sorted, even picking the car up from my house and taking it to his preferred garage for repairs. I have to say Simon has been superb. I came to him wanting a larger SUV, but ideally to part ex a lovely A7 as part of the deal. He didn’t quibble with the valuation I had from Motorway and we agreed an acceptable deal on both. He then had it fully serviced and professionally detailed/valeted. Lovely experience from an experienced and trustworthy guy! I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to deal with him again. Why can’t more dealers/traders be more like Simon.

I’m not a car expert and I would freely admit that I might be easily led by a salesperson (and feel like I have been whilst in this car search) but Simon was very helpful and honest.
