From the moment of seeing the advert to Simon handing over the keys the service and attention has been exceptional. The car as described was even better than we hoped, was handed over as if brand new with all aspects carefully and patiently explained. Perfect first car and buying experience

I am super happy with my very first (used) car purchase. Simon was great - friendly, helpful and patient with me. Being very new to driving (8 hours of refresher lessons having not driven since passing 10 years ago), Simon kindly took the time to help me familiarise with the car functions. It was great to be able to have a good test drive including 60/70 mph roads. There was no pressure and clear communication re next steps. I saw a few other cars elsewhere but none could compare, including the experience with the dealerships. It was easy to go back to Simon to secure the purchase and complete all the paperwork when I went to collect my car. Excellent follow up care also when I troubled myself through leaving the parking lights on (lesson learned!). Simon was able to drive over to help get my battery started which I was very grateful for. Overall, an excellent experience!

WOW what a great service ,i was looking for a car and what sent me to this dealership was the already Positive reviews i seen online .So i went to meet them and felt so relaxed and happy i bought the Mercedes C Class which was a cracking car and such great condition for the Age. Then after a few days i noticed a fault and i rang Simon regarding this and he booked in for me to see his recommend Mercedes garage and basically they fixed the fault in full and Simon paid for the repair and it was not cheap. i love the car and Simon has been amazing and he has gone that extra mile and i would for sure be telling Friends and family were to go if they need a car.
