Awesome experience, Simon took the time to show us the car and went through all information about the car, previous history and service. Simon did not rush us into making any decisions and asked us to take our time as we should only buy a car that we felt safe and comfortable in. As we needed finance Simon referred us to a Finance Broker who gave us a great deal. It is evident that Simon takes pride in his work and this is reflected in the selection and presentation of his cars and not to forget the preparation of the car and service that he carried out after the sell had been confirmed. Buying cars can either be a nightmare or a joy and with SPV Automotive it was certainly the latter! I enquired about a car Saturday evening, Simon sent over everything I requested in minutes (service history photos etc) and we arranged the viewing for the next morning with Greg. My wife and I were buying our 2nd car together and were stretching ourselves but everything about the experience was pleasant and Greg was fantastic, it was as though we were buying the car from a friend or family member.. It’s not very often you come across a truly honest and professional car dealership I personally feel.. But for the first time in a very long time I had found one with S.P.V . I bought a very nice car from them and dealt with a great guy named Greg who was very helpful and fair at every stage. There were a couple of issues with car after I had it a short while and without any fuss or hassle Greg had booked the car back in and replaced and/or rectified everything. I absolutely feel you are in safe and honest hands with this dealership, and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who is after a quality used car. S.P.V. had a very good selection of cars on offer including one that was exactly what I was looking for. Very keenly priced too! All communications were prompt, accurate and extremely helpful which filled me with the confidence to complete the deal. The car was presented in superb condition and the deal was completed quickly and efficiently. I am thrilled with my new car and I was very impressed with the back up I received with one small problem I experienced shortly after taking delivery. This turned out to be “operator error” on my part but Simon and his team could not have been more helpful.
