Excellent service and communication. Nothing was too much trouble regarding questions we had about the car. The VW EOS car was just as described and immaculately presented. If like me, you’re cautious about used car dealers, I can say with certainty that Simon is in a different league and his credibility is clear from the first interaction. His communication is open and efficient, he is totally trustworthy, very reliable and more importantly customer centred. I will not hesitate to use him again and also like the fact that he only deals with quality vehicles he would use/buy himself. Factually as a single retired woman with little experience of buying a car, this process could have been very challenging. I found the car was beautifully prepared and met all advertised expectations. The SPV Team provided clear and totally honest answers to my queries, with documented evidence of the cars history as backup. Never once did I feel pressured to buy but once the decision was made, the team went out of their way to make the paperwork around the purchase painless. This included, personal number plate transfer, taxing and disposal of my old vehicle. Every aspect of their service was carried out in a highly professional but very kind way. I cannot fault their service and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Brilliant and Outstanding customer service. Being a First Time Online Buyer, Mr. Simon put lot of extra efforts, spent more time to attend all my questions and queries. While I asked about tyre condition he found tires are manufactured in 2019, and he was happy to replace all 4 tyres. I brought Audi Q3 Model 2013, provided entire service history.
