We had a great experience with SPV Automotive! Simon was really friendly and helpful. He put us at ease straight away. From an eye catching advert, to an exceptionally frank and honest appraisal of the car, Simon is the standard to which all 'used car salesmen' should aspire. After an initial phone call, followed by a viewing and test drive, negotiations over price were fair and easy. On returning to collect the vehicle, which had been valeted to a high standard (& a fair amount of fuel added), I was collected from the local Stn by Simon's wife, Sylvia, who doubles as his very able and glamorous assistant. The pair made me extremely welcome while the admin was completed and I drove my 'new' car home extremely happy with all aspects of the deal... Which, as a West Ham fan, having to sit in Simon's office surrounded by Arsenal memorabilia, says something. Put bluntly, if Carlsberg did independent car traders, Simon - SVP, would be it!

From my initial enquiry the service I have received from Simon was exemplary. I asked Simon for further photos of the underside of the vehicle and these were forwarded to me the same day Simon even ringing me to say there was a slight delay as the vehicle lift was in use. The car is exactly as was described and I am absolutely over the moon with it and the professional ,honest and friendly manner of Simon. I had the car delivered and the driver, Carl exhibited the same professional honest and friendly manner. I have bought quite a few cars over the years and this company is head and shoulders above any I have dealt with in the past. Even though I live 140 miles away from them I would not hesitate to source further vehicles from them.
