The car I bought from S.P.V Automotive was clean and well presented and lived up to everything the advert said. Simon made the whole process easy and pleasant. He was very happy to hold the car I wanted until my car was ready to part exchange. When the day finally came, he was very easy going and gave me a very good price for my car. The whole exchange was very quick and smooth. I would definitely recommend S.P.V Automotive to anybody who wanted to buy a car and world not hesitate to do business with Simon in the future.

It was good to deal with a knowledgeable and honest dealer as far as I could tell. Gave me a good part ex price on mine and the car bought was in excellent condition for the year. Happy with the car although needs a minor issue sorted to my satisfaction. Called to check if this was normal and he agreed if wheel alignment was needed he would pay for it. Have decided I will get it done myself as may be just my expectation of the car is not needed.

Such great customer service from the very first contact, Simon was professional, friendly, helpful & polite and very accommodating, Greg who met us to view the car and on purchase was also exactly the same. Did not feel any pressure or made to feel uncomfortable at all to buy when viewing the car, as have always had from other salesmen. We was also unable to leave a deposit at the time so kindly Greg was accommodating and trustworthy that we did want to purchase the car & waited a few days for us to send the deposit through. The car itself was as advertised immaculate inside and out had been well looked after. Even though the car had 5 months left on the MOT Simon still offered to do an up to date one and a little service checking the oil etc so that was an added touch. We returned to purchase the car by train and was also offered to be collected at the station if required. Would so recommend SPV a very reliable and trustworthy company, thank you Simon and Greg, great service.

Having been unfortunate in last couple months with two cars having to be returned due to both being faulty. Was very hesitant on who to buy a car from next, Simon was very understanding and helpful with my concerns. He had an oil service on transfer box done prior to purchase for me even thought wasn’t due, as was one issues had on previous car brought. Made sure the car was given a full MOT and delivered to me when was ready. Would will be looking at cars at S.P.V Automotive when decide to buy another car.

Excellent communication from both Simon & Greg from my initial enquiry through to the purchase. The car itself was well presented and honest to its description & photographs. Nothing bad to say - they are selling straight, honest cars rather than the usual tarted up rubbish, for sensible money. What more could you ask for? I will happily go back to deal with them again in the future if they have something in stock that ticks the boxes at the time.
