After looking for sometime for a car I was pleased to find the right car for me and at the right price, after looking at several cars with different dealers I can honestly say Simon at SPV Automotive put me at ease straight away he talked me through everything I needed to know step by step, he gave me plenty of time to look over the car thoroughly and plenty of time to test drive the vehicle at no point did I feel under the least bit pressure or wary of asking what might be considered by some as silly questions, This was my first car and i wanted to get it right. Simon was a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions and gave me enough time to make the right decision.

Can’t recommend this place enough. I bought a fairly high end used car from them, without ever seeing it. Simon gave a pretty accurate description of condition and on seeing the car I had no regrets. A small detail I noticed that needed attention was dealt with then and there. After two months of owning the car, a warning light came on that had the potential to be a major issue. Simon organised collection of the car, fixed the issues and even picked me up from the train station when I went to collect it. This kind of service doesn’t exist in most of the industry any more. In summary - great service and communication, no stress and good attention to detail on his cars. Have a very fair trade in value to top it off

I bought a Citroen Berlingo WAV in March 26. The process was painless, all queries answered promptly and delivery punctual.There was a problem with the wheelchair winch but SPV arranged for the company who did the original conversion to come to my home address and quickly fix the problem.Highly satisfied with the car and highly satisfied with the service.

Excellent service and dealing.I purchashed AUDI Q7 from SPV. Simon and Greg were excellent . Fantastic car. Afterward , a little technical issue with car. I informed Simon who reaasured me and sorted out everything. I can say Simon is a man of word who really cares for his Cutomers.
