From my first online contact the service I have received from Simon and Carl has been brilliant. Having never bought a car online before I was nervous about the process and the possible risk this involved. Simon answered all my questions quickly and clearly providing additional photos and details and arranging a 200+ mile delivery. The car is exactly as was described, if not better, and I am so grateful for the professional and brilliant experience of buying a car online from Simon. I also had the same experience with his delivery driver Carl who arranged a 30min window of delivery, was on time and such a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate in buying another car from SPV Automotive and highly recommend the business to others looking for a great deal with brilliant service.

From an eye catching advert, to an exceptionally frank and honest appraisal of the car, Simon is the standard to which all 'used car salesmen' should aspire. After an initial phone call, followed by a viewing and test drive, negotiations over price were fair and easy. On returning to collect the vehicle, which had been valeted to a high standard (& a fair amount of fuel added), I was collected from the local Stn by Simon's wife, Sylvia, who doubles as his very able and glamorous assistant. The pair made me extremely welcome while the admin was completed and I drove my 'new' car home extremely happy with all aspects of the deal... Which, as a West Ham fan, having to sit in Simon's office surrounded by Arsenal memorabilia, says something. Put bluntly, if Carlsberg did independent car traders, Simon - SVP, would be it!
