Couldn’t be happier with my Mini! The distance was a little more than I would usually travel to view a car but I’m so glad I decided to make the trip. Simon was very friendly and knowledgable about minis and answered every question I had. He made sure the car had a years MOT, removed the decals (as requested) and kept me updated throughout the week. On the handover day he went through all the details with us (V05, tax etc). S.P.V Automotive were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish - from first enquiry through to viewing and collection the process was smooth and S.P.V were very helpful, friendly and accommodating - I was based 2 hours away so wanted to make sure the car was as good as it looked in the photos before travelling - S.P.V were very happy to send me more photos and answer any questions I had. When I went to view the car I was not disappointed. Overall I am very happy with my new car. After sales has been excellent also, when my car developed a minor fault (one of the coil packs had failed) S.P.V arranged for it to be booked in at a local garage and it was sorted and back on the road within a couple of days without any fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend S.P.V to friends and family in the future.
