I purchased a Mercedes Convertible from SPV. I now own my dream car that is perfect inside and out. Simon was very professional throughout with an amazing knowledge of the vehicle. I will recommend PSV to all my family and friends.

Good honest business...

Very good experience with Simon at SPV. Very easy to deal with when I purchased a Mercedes C55 AMG. He was very keen to ensure the car was as described and was happy to let me test drive. 6 months warranty which he underwrites himself. Would definitely buy from him again. 5 star

Very easy to do business. Knowledgeable about the particular car. Car was described accurately which made the long distance travelled worthwhile

From the initial phone call right through to handover the whole car buying experience couldn’t of been any easier no hard sell gave me exactly what I was asking for my part exchange and even helped me get a rear camera installed before handover when I picked the car up the finance was settled on my part exchange even though the initial figure I gave Simon was £60 less than the actual figure needed to clear the finance he swallowed the cost and allowed me to get back on the road with my new Mini GP3 thanks again Simon would definitely use again.

Happy customer!

Simon made the whole process very easy and didn’t feel at all pressured to buy the car! Since taking the car I have noticed a small issue of which Simon hasn’t hidden away from and is happy to help rectify. Definitely recommend!

The best customer service, couldn’t fault.
By Amy Gibbons on 26 May 2023 | Verified purchase
The service I received was outstanding, I was kept up to date with regular messages of mot, service and delivery status. If I was looking to buy a car again I would contact S.P.V first as they have a huge range to chose from.

The car was better than the description provided, a very useful video was available on the website. I felt no pressure at all during the entire transaction and Simon felt very trustworthy and honest. I would be happy to buy from SPV again and would highly recommend Simon to anyone else.
