Excellent personal service all round in buying a used car. Being local was an attraction. Had immediate contact with Simon, saw C3 Picasso next day including a good test drive, and very pleased with the quality. Simon said he'd be happy to take existing car off my hands, with very acceptable offer. After I'd sorted new insurance, arranged handover. While I sat beside his desk, Simon handled all the paperwork - well, on-line work - with ownership transfers and road tax. Good warranty considering age of car. So within 20 minutes I was on my way home - very pleased with drive and comfort (and condition). Detailed service record documents provided. Simon said he'd also be happy to help if we need another car, and I'd recommend him for that - and for all the service (and experience) he provides. I might add that he's also a friendly conversationalist, as well as fine at talking you though the processes. And the shirts and autographs in his office are different from what's on the walls of big dealers.

Simon is very professional, I saw the car advertised late in the evening and he responded to my message at open of business the next day. I purchased a golf Gt TDI from there. Simon was amazing sorting everything out regarding the car and also dealing with the finance side too. The car is simply awesome, the quality of the vehicle supplied it like new and the service history is outstanding. Before buying the car the only concern for me was the car was situated 120 miles away from where I am. Fear not though Simon was able to get the car delivered to my front door at 9:15 am which I think is incredible. Other cars I’ve had delivered in the past I’ve had to book day off work and wait all day for it to arrived. Simon told me the car would be here at 9:15 and it was delivered on the dot. The gentleman who delivered the was Carl what awesome fella. He took me round the car and all over the car explaining everything I needed to know and more. The price I paid was more than fair when I insured the car they told me the car was valued at over a £1000 more than I paid. The delivery charge was unbelievably cheap compared to others I’ve paid. I had a really brilliant service from Simon. I had a problem with car I was selling that delayed my purchase from him. He was nothing but helpful and patient. When I went to collect my new car from him the weather was torrential rain. He was very thoughtful and made sure new car was undercover so that I could still do thorough inspection. Very efficient sorting paperwork. I had new log book within 4 days. Excellent.
